POS Screen buttons can be created and used to perform an EFTPOS Settlement or EFTPOS Settlement Enquiry with the Westpac Group (Westpac Presto Smart) EFTPOS Integration.
To create a button on your POS Screen, follow the steps outlined on the POS Screen Setup topic which outlines the steps on how to create a new button.
When creating the EFTPOS Settlement Enquiry button, select the EFTPOS Settlement Function and enter ENQUIRY into the Automatic Text field.
Refer to the following screenshot which shows how the button is configured:
To create the EFTPOS Settlement button, repeat the process as per the above, ensuring that the Automatic Text field is left as blank and use a Button Caption of "EFTPOS Settlement" or another caption of your preferred choice.
To perform the EFTPOS Settlement Enquiry or EFTPOS Settlement, press the button that corresponds to the function desired.
The EFTPOS Settlement or EFTPOS Settlement Enquiry will be printed to the receipt printer configured for the POS terminal.
